Refund Policy – Voxopay

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Voxopay provides a dispute mechanism that allows funds to be temporarily held when a dispute is opened.
  • If a dispute is raised on time, the transaction amount may be suspended (held) until the issue is reviewed and resolved.
  • Refunds may be issued only after a successful dispute resolution in favor of the requester.

2. Dispute & Refund Requests

  • Users are strongly advised to open disputes as early as possible after a transaction.
  • Once a dispute is opened, Voxopay may place the transaction funds on hold while investigating.
  • Requests must include:
    • Transaction ID
    • Date of transaction
    • Amount
    • Reason for dispute
  • Submit requests via voxopay ticket system

3. Processing Time

  • Disputes are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe based on the complexity of the case.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method or financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Transactions that have been successfully completed and already withdrawn by the merchant.
  • Transactions where no dispute was raised within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Fees charged by financial institutions or third-party providers.

5. Important Notice

  • Voxopay acts as a payment facilitator and will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly.
  • However, users must take responsibility to report issues promptly to increase the likelihood of successful resolution and refund.
